FirstClassTransport provides premium chauffeur services including:

• Point-to-point transfers

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made in advance. Payment is due at the time of booking or as agreed upon. We accept various payment methods including credit cards and bank transfers.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may incur charges.

5. Liability and Insurance

FirstClassTransport maintains comprehensive insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to the terms specified in our insurance policy.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate booking information
• Being ready at the scheduled pickup time
